At Yours Truly, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and personalized. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

1. No Returns on Custom Products
All artworks are made to order and uniquely customized for each customer. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Cancellations
Once design details are approved and the order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.

3. Refunds (Only for Damaged Items)
Refunds are only offered if your order arrives damaged. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Once verified, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on the situation.

4. Shipping Delays
We strive to meet estimated delivery timelines. However, delays due to courier services may occur. Delays may also happen because of the nature of custom art. These do not qualify for refunds.

5. Ownership & Copyright
All designs remain the intellectual property of Yours Truly. Customers receive the physical artwork, but not rights for reproduction, resale, or duplication.
